Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Analysis: Conduct and oversee quality tests, performance tests, and usability tests to identify defects and areas for improvement.Test Plan Development: Create and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all requirements.Defect Management: Document, track, and report on defects found during testing, working with development teams to ensure their resolution.Quality Standards: Ensure products and services adhere to organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and customer support teams to understand needs and address quality issues.Reporting: Monitor quality metrics, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Participate in and drive initiatives to enhance processes and product quality.Documentation: Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation.
