Position: School Based Speech Language Pathologist- In Person Location: Michigan Type: Full time Start Date: January 2026 1099 Position Paid for direct and indirect hours Elementary School Placement Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success. Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings. Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives. Stay current with best practices, research, and trends in the field of speech-language pathology. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan or willing to obtain license. Experience working with school aged children preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
