This role also encompasses maintaining and building supporting dashboards and decision-making tools or analysis to support business initiatives using Excel and/or light coding in Power BI.A Sample Of What You'll Do In This RoleBuild and maintain decision making tools and dashboards to support growth strategies and business initiatives (Excel and Power BI).Conduct market research to evaluate new growth options and present findings from analysis to internal clients/stakeholders.Develop internal training materials for new growth options and identify new potential customer leads.Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and execute growth strategies.Coordinate quarterly strategic initiative tracking and data analysis.Gather and analyze data to support growth and strategic planning efforts.Assist on various strategic initiatives and projects.What You Bring To This Role3+ years of experience in market research, product development, or similar role within the agriculture or chemical industriesExperience with strategic thinking and data analyticsStrong capability in synthesizing insights into polished, impactful presentations addressing strategic growth opportunitiesSkilled in Power BI (or similar tools) for light coding and maintenanceProven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendationsBachelor's degree in business, chemistry, chemical engineering, or agronomyWhat Makes You a Great FitYou are a strategic thinker who can identify and evaluate new growth opportunitiesYou have strong analytical skills and can effectively synthesize and communicate insightsYou communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across the organizationYou are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesYou are a collaborative team player who can influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityYou bring a positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetCompensation And BenefitsIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $91,200 - $127,750.
