We're building something here, and we're looking for people who want to build with us.POSITION OVERVIEWJoin an entrepreneurial private lending team where you'll learn the business of real estate finance from the ground up—qualifying real estate investors, building a pipeline, and being part of deals from first conversation to funded loan.This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact from day one and is intentionally designed to develop you into an effective Account Executive. Junior Account Executives here aren't siloed—you'll have visibility into the full loan lifecycle and play a key role in our sales operation, gaining real experience in how deals are structured, underwritten, and closed.We're a growing team, so you'll get hands-on experience and direct exposure to leadership, coupled with the training, feedback, and repetition needed to succeed as a producer.This is an in-office position at our Austin location.
