Electrical Safety Manager (Monroe)
The Electrical Safety Manager will lead and elevate the organization's safety culture across all field and operational environments. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining proactive safety programs that support employee wellbeing, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and client confidence.The ideal candidate is highly accountable, field-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with field teams, leadership, and project stakeholders. This individual must be proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about driving safe behaviors — not simply enforcing policies.ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain overall safety program across multiple job sites and operational environmentsConduct regular field safety audits, inspections, and job site visitsEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, company standards, and client-specific safety requirementsDevelop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and ongoing education programsPartner with project managers, field leadership, and operations teams to proactively identify and mitigate risksInvestigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective action plansMaintain safety documentation, reporting, training records, and compliance logsSupport pre-task planning, job hazard analysis (JHA), and risk assessmentsPromote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous safety improvementMonitor subcontractor compliance and safety performanceAssist with workers' compensation management and return-to-work coordination as neededStay current on industry regulations, standards, and best practicesQualifications5+ years of safety leadership experience within electrical construction, commercial construction, industrial construction, or related tradesStrong understanding of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety practicesExperience conducting safety training, field audits, and incident investigationsAbility to communicate effectively with field employees, leadership, clients, and subcontractorsStrong organizational and documentation skillsProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high accountabilityComfortable working both in the field and office environmentsValid driver's license with good driving recordPreferred QualificationsOSHA 500, CHST, CSP, or related certifications preferredPrior experience within commercial or industrial electrical contracting strongly preferredExperience supporting multi-site construction operationsFamiliarity with contractor safety compliance systems and reporting platformsWhat We OfferComprehensive benefits packageStable, long-term opportunity with a growing electrical contractorLeadership team committed to operational excellence and safetyCollaborative, team-oriented cultureOpportunities for growth and advancementWe believe:Safety is owned by everyone, but led from the frontStandards matter — and accountability matters even moreStrong safety leadership protects both people and performanceGreat teams are built through consistency, communication, and trustIf you are passionate about building a strong safety culture and want to make a meaningful impact within a growing electrical contractor, we encourage you to apply.
