This is a hands-on, full-time role (remote/hybrid) within the GTM Learning & Enablement team, reporting to the Director of Content Experience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to design blended learning programs across onboarding, sales enablement, and certification - translating complex technical and business concepts into clear, measurable experiences. A key focus is elevating the end-to-end learner experience within the LMS and contributing to our transition to a new LMS platform.What you will doDesign end-to-end learning experiences across multiple formats: self-paced e-learning, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, video, simulations, and job aidsConsult with stakeholders to assess business needs, identify performance gaps, and recommend appropriate learning solutionsApply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to drive measurable behavior changePartner with subject matter experts to distill complex information into concise, learner-centered content and scenariosDevelop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessmentsManage multiple projects simultaneously from intake through launch, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and quality assuranceDesign intuitive learner journeys within the LMS, including page layouts, navigation flows, and branded learning destinationsBuild and iterate on courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360Use data (xAPI, SCORM, engagement metrics) and learner feedback to continuously improve adoption and outcomesApply UX and visual design principles; contribute to the team's design system, templates, and style guidesStay current on learning technology trends, including AI-assisted authoring and adaptive learningThe skills you bring7+ years of experience designing learning experiences, including sales and partner enablement, in a corporate or agency environmentBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field - or equivalent practical experienceExperience designing learner journeys within an LMS environment and optimizing content discoverabilityPortfolio demonstrating a range of modalities (e-learning, ILT/vILT, video, microlearning, performance support)Advanced proficiency in at least two authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate)Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo, Absorb) and familiarity with SCORM and xAPIStrong writing, editing, and visual design skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously from intake through evaluationNice to have: Master's degree in a related field; UX research background; experience with Docebo LMS; video production or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere, Figma); familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or Kirkpatrick evaluation methodsWhat happens once you apply?Click Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like.Ericsson uses a merit-based hiring approach that values people with different experiences, perspectives and skillsets. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
