This role drives execution of Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines workstreams, helping standardize and scale enterprise processes across a matrixed global environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead execution of L&D and Operational Guidelines workstreams within portfolio operationsPartner with workstream leads on planning, milestones, and delivery executionTrack roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metricsSupport enterprise learning programs and scientific training operationsCoordinate training assignments, workshops, and learning system activities (LMS)Support rollout of standardized operational processes and governance frameworksEnable cross-functional alignment across global stakeholdersRequired Experience:Bachelor's or more advanced depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration.
