Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)Achieve referral accounts, growth targets, and revenue/market share goalsOversee financial and operational performance of the locationEnsure staff competencies are met before independent workUpdate Active Referral Account reports monthly and market analysis semi-annuallyRole split: 50-70% operations, 30-50% salesDevelop strategic plan to maintain/increase market share based on geography and demographicsMaintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, FDA/DOT, and JCAHO guidelinesStay updated on company products, services, and applicable regulationsHire and interview staff with senior management approval, focusing on qualified candidatesMaintain referral account recordsManage billing and ensure timely documentation for reimbursements (e.g., CMNs, assignments)Oversee inventory levels and monitor company assetsExecute growth plan to meet or exceed budgeted goalsResponsible for branch profit and lossConduct morning meetings and track action items regularlyPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsEmployment is contingent onBackground check (company-wide).
