HVAC Construction Project Manager

HVAC Construction Project Manager *Growing Commercial HVAC Contractor – Denver / Front Range* We are looking for an experienced *HVAC Construction Project Manager* to join our team. We are a growing commercial HVAC contractor working on a variety of projects, including *ground-up construction, tenant improvements, healthcare, office remodels, industrial, and design-build projects*. Responsibilities * Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects from contract award through completion and closeout. * Review contracts, plans, specifications, schedules, and project requirements. * Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. * Manage project submittals, RFIs, change orders, equipment procurement, and closeout documentation. * Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate equipment and material lead times. * Coordinate field manpower and ensure projects are properly staffed. * Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material costs, and overall profitability. * Attend project meetings and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and customers. * Identify potential project issues and work proactively to resolve them. * Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to contract documents. Qualifications * *5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.* * Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction practices. * Ability to read and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents. * Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and change-order management. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
