These programs have been designed to serve the purpose of aiding residents in their personal, social and academic development, as well as create a community atmosphere free from distractions and conducive to fostering friendships. They will also work actively to increase resident satisfaction and retention within the community by differentiating and providing a superior experience-oriented product in the competitive off-campus student housing marketplace.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement a Student Development-based Residence Life ProgramSupervise, train, support and provide leadership to Community AmbassadorsCreating a positive environment that enhances the residential experienceBuilding and maintaining relationships with campus and community resourcesPromoting and emphasizing outstanding customer service through staff training and on-going job performance evaluationsWorking collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environmentAlso assist the Community Manager and other managers with the everyday operation of the property, including working during evenings and weekends on a rotating basisQualificationsDeveloping and sharpening of leadership skillsOpportunities to work with diverse populationsOpportunities to perform in fast-paced environmentExperience in planning and budgetingExposure to operations and marketing in a business environmentImproved interpersonal and intercultural communication skillsHeightened time management skillsAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
