Full Time Baker

Small upscale boutique Bake Shop in lovely seaside town of Spring Lake, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Baker to join our team. Must have commercial baking knowledge and experience, follow specifics of recipes including exact measurements, ingredients, temperatures, bake times, etc., and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must have the ability to work clean, have high-volume production capabilities and an eye for quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, a great work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, a pleasant and courteous personality and be a TEAM player. Will need to be available to work 40 hours per week and have a culinary education and/or 1 year minimum experience working in a professional kitchen, specifically producing high quality baked goods.
