Technical Program Manager

Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end engineering program delivery for a strategic off-highway equipment client engagement. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary client interface and SPOC for engineering programs Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across global (onsite–offshore) teams Manage scope, schedules, KPIs, risks, and financial tracking Conduct weekly reviews, monthly governance meetings, and QBRs Drive collaboration across software, systems, validation, and controls teams Identify growth opportunities and support proposals/solutioning Required Qualifications 10–15 years in technical program management or engineering leadership Experience managing large-scale embedded or off-highway/automotive programs Strong understanding of embedded systems, controls, and system integration Experience working with global engineering delivery models Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Experience with heavy equipment OEMs PMP certification Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Confluence J-18808-Ljbffr
