Learn more at meetprompt.com.Role OverviewAs an Associate Creative Director, Pharma (Copy) at /prompt, you lead the development of scientifically grounded messaging that is persuasive, accurate, and strategically sharp. You transform clinical data, mechanisms of action, and regulatory guidance into narratives that differentiate brands and drive action.You partner closely with Art, Strategy, Audience Experience and Client Experience leads to ensure that every execution balances imagination with accuracy. You guide art direction across HCP and patient as well as branded and unbranded initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and craft from concept through production and MLR approval.With 8 to 10 years of creative experience, including substantial pharmaceutical or healthcare writing experience, you bring deep fluency in regulated communications, confidence presenting to clients and MLR teams, and a growing leadership presence.SkillsetExpertise in translating clinical data, study endpoints, and safety information into compelling, compliant messagingStrong understanding of FDA guidance, fair balance requirements, and MLR review dynamicsExperienced writing across HCP, patient, and disease awareness communicationsAbility to develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and long-form content grounded in strategy and scienceSkilled at integrating ISI, safety language, and claims substantiation seamlessly into creative workStrong command of tone modulation across audiences, from highly clinical HCP materials to empathetic patient storytellingAnticipates medical and regulatory claim challenges early in concept development, proactively strengthening substantiation and shaping messaging to streamline MLR approvalExperience overseeing select workstreams and mentoring junior writersAbility to present and defend messaging strategy and creative rationale to clients and MLR stakeholdersAdept at synthesizing complex feedback and maintaining clarity and conviction through multiple review cyclesDemonstrates leadership presence, capable of standing in for a Creative Director when needed, setting priorities, managing workloads, negotiating timelines, and guiding budgetsStrong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, brand lifecycle, competitive messaging, and market access considerationsDefined and evolving AI-assisted writing workflow used responsibly to support efficiency, research synthesis, and iterationMindsetGrowth Mindset: We're looking for people who want to learn and grow as fast as the agency is growingBig-Picture Thinker: Sees how creative ideas connect to the broader brand and business objectives - able to zoom out and understand the full impact of the workOptimistic: Able to see the potential in every brief, brand, and teammatePassionate and Compassionate: Care deeply about the work and the people who make itBrave: Willing to share bold ideas, even when they challenge expectationsResilient: Work, refine, and try again - great work often takes persistenceReady to work: We have a "working creatives only" culture - everyone pitches in at every level
