Join our TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More Job Title: FVP & Loan Servicing/Liquidation Officer IV Department: Special Assets We are looking for a FVP & Loan Servicing/Liquidation Officer IV to join our Special Assets team at Open Bank! The Loan Servicing/Liquidation Officer IV will be responsible for maintaining loan files updated with financial reporting requirements and processing various requests from borrowers associated with their loans, after loans have been originated. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain loan portfolio via the Bank's tickler tracking system to ensure timely receipt of insurance certificate on collateral pledged for the loan and annual tax returns per financial reporting requirement set in the Loan Agreement. Review received tax returns and prepare financial spread to determine borrower's continued repayment ability. Review received insurance certificate to verify adequate, collateral coverage and proper lender loss payee endorsement. Detect any adverse change in borrower's financial condition and repayment ability and recommend loan grade change as necessary. Receive, review, process, and present recommendations on all servicing requests from borrowers such as release/substitution of collateral/guarantor, assumption of loan, change in terms, etc. Contact borrowers of delinquent loan to collect loan payment. Liquidate pledged collateral to minimize the Bank's risk and losses; and pursue guarantors for any deficiencies. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum five years of prior experience in banking and/or lending required. General knowledge of lending regulations, lien laws, and loan documentation. Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives. Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
