A well-established private practice in Lexington, SC, is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncologist to join their fast-paced, highly organized center as a full-time, permanent employee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with advanced technology, including Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy machines, alongside the Aria EMR system. The team comprises seasoned female physicians and highly experienced therapists committed to providing top-quality care in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver radiation oncology services in a busy clinical setting with a high patient volume (45+ patients per day).Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment efficiently and safely.Participate in an on-call rotation; call schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain stringent organizational and clinical protocol adherence.Desired Qualifications:Board-certified Radiation Oncologist with experience managing high-volume patient loads in fast-paced environments.Domestic credentials and degree; candidates with foreign qualifications or new graduates will not be considered.Strong preference for professionals born and raised in the Southeast.Ability to commit to a role with limited time off to meet center demands.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team of experienced clinicians.Willingness to participate in two rounds of in-person interviews; candidates are encouraged to bring spouses or loved ones for a meet and greet during the visit.Location Overview: Lexington, SC, offers a welcoming community with a balance of suburban charm and convenient access to urban amenities.
