Join our Team! Bishop is looking for part-time evening custodians with flexible hours. Work at your own pace and work as much or as little as you'd like. Weekly pay.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license18 years of ageAble to lift occasionally up to 40 poundsHave a personal smart phone with data usage capabilityQualificationsMotivated and dependable individual who can work alone or with a group in a minimally supervised environment. Must have attention to detailAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsPrior cleaning experience is a plusAbility to use mobile apps (applications)ResponsibilitiesCustodial staff members are responsible for providing cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to cleaning specs of each buildingCleaning responsibilities include but are not limited to:Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuumingCollect trash and replace trash can linersClean, sanitize and supply restroomsClean and polish furniture and fixturesWipe windows, glass partitions, and mirrorsDust furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentDust and clean overhead ventMaintain orderliness and cleanliness of the custodian's closetCommunicate with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality and customer serviceFollow all safety guidelinesFollow proper procedures in the use of cleaning solutions, equipment and tools according to specifications. Report any abnormal activities or conditions to managementEnsure all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order Record your arrival/departure times, and communicate on company app using your personal smartphoneHours: Part-time EveningCompensation: $10-$14/hr. Custodians are paid per building. An average experienced custodian makes $13/hr.Minimum RequirementMust be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S
