Responsibilities:Perform EEG, EMG, and BOTOX administration
See 10-15 patients per day in clinic
Attend to 10-12 hospital patients per month
Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
Valid Indiana medical license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
