This consultant will play a critical role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that align with strategic business goals, elevate learner engagement, and support enterprise-wide capability development.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced instructional designer who brings both creative learning design expertise and strong project execution discipline. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing multiple learning initiatives while partnering with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create scalable, measurable, high-quality learning experiences across a variety of modalities.We are seeking a professional who can think strategically about learning—not simply execute content builds—someone who understands when to deploy eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, performance support materials, or blended approaches based on learner needs, operational realities, and business outcomes.What You Will Be Accountable ForDesign, develop, and deliver enterprise learning solutions across multiple modalities, including: eLearning, Instructor-led training (ILT), Virtual instructor-led training (VILT), Microlearning, Job aids, Performance support tools, Video-based learning contentApply instructional design best practices, including ADDIE and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, to create engaging, learner-centered programs aligned with organizational objectivesAssess learner needs, stakeholder goals, and business constraints to recommend the most effective instructional modality and learning strategyBuild high-quality digital learning content using Articulate 360 and Rise, serving as the primary authoring platformsPublish, maintain, and manage learning content within an LMS environment (Cornerstone preferred)Partner closely with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, refine content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with business prioritiesIndependently manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives, balancing deadlines, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and competing prioritiesLead or support train-the-trainer sessions, facilitation efforts, and instructor enablement activities as neededDevelop clear stakeholder communications, status updates, implementation plans, and learning deployment materialsEstablish learning measurement strategies and track effectiveness using metrics, learner feedback, and evaluation tools such as Qualtrics or similar platformsAnalyze learning outcomes and continuously optimize programs based on data insights and stakeholder feedbackAudit and improve existing learning assets to ensure relevance, instructional quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational standardsRapidly iterate and adapt learning solutions in response to changing business priorities, stakeholder input, and operational needsUtilize project management tools and structured workflows to keep initiatives organized and on track (Jira experience preferred)What Qualifications You Need3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, learning development, or corporate learning strategyDemonstrated experience designing across multiple instructional modalities rather than solely developing eLearning contentStrong command of ADDIE, ISD frameworks, adult learning principles, and learner-centered design methodologiesAdvanced proficiency with: Articulate 360, Rise, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Hands-on experience working within an LMS environment, including content publishing, maintenance, and administration (Cornerstone strongly preferred)Strong project management skills with proven ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneouslyExperience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts in a corporate environmentExperience defining learning success metrics, gathering learner feedback, and using data to improve program effectivenessStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create polished stakeholder-facing communicationsCreative problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting prioritiesExperience working within a fast-paced enterprise or corporate environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsExperience with video creation, animation, or digital media development using tools such as: Vyond, Synthesia, Basic video editing softwareFamiliarity with project management and workflow tools such as JiraStrong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational challenges into effective learning strategiesExperience presenting recommendations, learning insights, and program strategies to leadership audiencesBackground supporting large-scale enterprise learning initiatives or cross-functional organizational programsExperience working in highly matrixed or complex enterprise organizationsAbout Our ClientWith over 90,000 employees across the world, our client is always looking for talented, driven, and passionate individuals to join their team.
