Job Description Position SummaryThe Pizza Field Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, food quality consistency, and brand standards execution across multiple Allstar Pizza & More locations. This role serves as a hands-on operational leader who coaches teams, corrects gaps, strengthens systems, and protects the guest experience.The Pizza Field Specialist operates with Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality while driving accountability, urgency, and ownership in every store they support.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct regular in-store operational assessmentsEnsure adherence to recipes, portioning, and food quality standardsMonitor ticket times, speed of service, and shift executionIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective action plansCoach Shift Leaders and Managers on performance standardsSupport inventory control and cost management practicesReinforce food safety and sanitation complianceAssist with new store openings, training rollouts, and system implementationsAddress product consistency and presentation across locationsProvide performance feedback and operational reports to leadershipQualifications2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (multi-unit preferred)Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food cost controlProven ability to coach and develop team membersHigh accountability and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to travel between locations as neededExcellent communication and leadership presenceServSafe Certification requiredCore CompetenciesOperational ExcellenceLeadership & CoachingAccountability & OwnershipUrgency & ExecutionQuality Control & Brand StandardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsComfortable working in fast-paced kitchen environmentsAbility to travel between restaurant locationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based incentives (if applicable)Growth opportunities within a multi-location brandLeadership development and executive exposureWork EnvironmentThis position operates primarily in restaurant environments across multiple locations.
