ControllerOur client, a SaaS technology company, is seeking an experienced Controller to lead their global accounting operations within a high?growth, fully remote environment. Location: This position is fully remote, with periodic travel expected.Job Description: This organization is undergoing continued expansion in both domestic and international markets. This role is ideal for a hands?on, operationally strong leader who can partner closely with executive leadership, scale systems and processes, and build a high?performing global accounting organization. Responsibilities:Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations, fixed assets, credit card processing, accounts payable, and payroll activities.Oversee end?to?end payroll operations for multi?state and international employees.Manage the full order?to?cash cycle, including billing, collections, and cash applications.Ensure compliance with GAAP and all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across domestic and international entities.Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and process improvements to support scale.Recruit, mentor, and lead a distributed accounting team, including offshore resources.Manage annual external audits and coordinate with auditors across all entities.Oversee tax filings, government reporting requirements, and multi?currency consolidations.Support global expansion initiatives, including new entity setup and international reporting structures.Partner cross?functionally with legal, product, finance, and other internal teams on strategic projects.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA required.10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including Corporate Controller responsibilities.Prior B2B SaaS experience with strong ASC 606 and stock compensation knowledge.Big 4 public accounting experience.Strong systems experience; NetSuite preferred.Compensation:Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to: The individual's skill sets, experience, and training;Licensure and certifications; Office location and other geographic considerations; Other business and organizational needs.With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco by Highspring notes that the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
