Crown Staffing is hiring: Material Handler - Wilmington, OHHours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMPay: $16+/hrCrown Staffing is seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our team in Wilmington. This hands-on role involves moving, loading, unloading, and handling materials within the facility or work site to support production and operations.Key Responsibilities:Read shop packets, bills of lading, or follow instructions to identify materials to be movedLoad and unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by handMove materials to designated storage or work areas and load materials into vehicles as neededCount, weigh, and record units of materials moved or handledOperate industrial trucks to assist in moving materials and productsPerform cycle counts of storage locations and inventoryPrepare materials for outside servicesCommunicate with buyers and engineering regarding materialsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experienceForklift certification (required in designated areas)Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduledAbility to read and comprehend instructions and perform required documentationBasic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsBasic computer skillsAbility to apply common sense and follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form Work Environment: Hands-on work in a manufacturing environmentPhysically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods If you are reliable, hardworking, and ready to support operations in a dynamic environment, apply today through Crown Staffing!
