Senior Program Manager (IT and Manufacturing)

The group you’ll be a part ofLam Research is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager with strong experience delivering complex IT programs in a manufacturing environment. This role leads large, multi‑project initiatives supporting plant operations, digital transformation, and enterprise IT enablement. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong manufacturing domain knowledge, and the ability to partner effectively with business and IT leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex IT programs supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and operationsManage multiple interdependent projects across MES, ERP (e.g., SAP), infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT/IT integration, data, and automationDevelop and execute program roadmaps aligned to manufacturing and enterprise IT strategyEstablish program governance, milestones, KPIs, and executive reportingManage program budgets, resource plans, vendors, and system integratorsIdentify and mitigate program‑level risks, including operational, cybersecurity, and change impactsPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholdersDrive change management, standardization, and continuous improvement across plants and sitesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field15+ years of IT project and/or program management experienceProven experience delivering IT programs in manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, infrastructure, OT/IT)Experience managing large budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional teamsPreferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certificationExperience with Industry 4.0, smart factory, automation, IoT, or cloud initiativesGlobal manufacturing or multi‑site delivery experienceKey SkillsProgram & portfolio management Manufacturing IT Stakeholder management Risk & financial management Change management Executive communicationOur commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
