This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful solar projects, ensuring they are technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overall project management to meet budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.Support construction work performed by contractors and vendors at project sites.Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance.Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.Support budget oversight, contract management, and project execution validation.Build and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet.Analyze key performance metrics, financial data, and operational trends.Engage in a variety of software applications to support project activities.Communicate and interface with Executive Leadership. RequirementsAssociate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field.0 - 5 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor and contractor coordination.Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools.Excellent communication abilities.Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.Valid, non-restricted driver's license with a clean driving record. PreferencesPMP certification.Experience in the construction, energy, or solar industry.Strong financial and data analysis skillset.Mechanical awareness and interest in technical variables.Interest in career growth on the Project Management path.This is an office-based role with potential travel to project sites (up to 25%).
