Master Automotive Service Technician

Murray Motors is looking for a Master Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Muncy, PA! The right candidate will be a ASE certified master service technician. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair services in accordance with company and manufacturer standardsTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, PA state inspection etc.Road tests vehicles when requiredDocument all repairs performed and parts used in accordance with company policiesQualificationsASE Master CertifiedHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have PA Automobile Inspection LicenseEmissions Inspection License is a plusDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationDetail OrientedSelf driven, go-getter mentalityMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentBasic Computer SkillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentAbility to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsOwn your own basic mechanics toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordBenefitsHealth, Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job security
