Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems to oversee property security Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following established emergency response procedures Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences Manage access control by verifying identities and performing background checks on visitors and contractors Perform physical security tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining safety during patrols or incident responses De-escalate conflicts using conflict management techniques and law enforcement protocols when necessary Requirements Proven experience in security or related fields such as military or law enforcement roles is preferred Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use is highly desirable Knowledge of CCTV systems, fire safety procedures, and loss prevention strategies is essential Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security screenings with attention to detail Strong communication skills for incident report writing, conflict de-escalation, and customer service interactions Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties including standing for long periods, heavy lifting, and manual handling tasks Familiarity with emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and AED operation Commitment to compliance with all security regulations and safety standards Join us in creating a secure environment where safety meets exceptional service.
