Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Dallas, TX. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, interacting with clients to understand their needs, and presenting suitable solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals and estimates, negotiating contracts, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and building relationshipsAbility to identify opportunities, conduct market research, and generate sales leadsProficiency in preparing and presenting proposals, sales projections, and contractsOrganized and detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilitiesPrevious experience in sales, preferably in the painting and remodeling industry, is beneficialHigh level of self-motivation and a result-oriented mindsetProficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
