Maintenance Manager (SNF/LTC Full-Time)

Sandstone is a leading skilled nursing facility that provides quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facility's equipment, grounds, and building structures. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents. Manage the facility's equipment, grounds, and building structures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all maintenance projects. Maintain accurate records and reports on all maintenance activities Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or associate's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of maintenance professionals. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to maintenance and safety in healthcare facilities.
