Front End Web Developer

NO CORP TO CORPOverviewThe Web Developer works with a team of developers and marketing stakeholders of varying levels to design, develop, test, and maintain website experience and lead forms. They will be expected to work independently when needed to solve moderately complex problems, but this role is expected to own all form development work, including creation, testing and optimizations to ensure this critical conversion moment is running smoothly and securely.Essential DutiesThe essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Handles form creation and testingEnsures performance and site speed is optimizedWhen required, has the ability to migrate forms from a CMS to an HTML/CSS buildEnsure all API endpoint connectors are working with various systems (FormAssembly, Jornaya, Trusted Form, DataDog)Education/ExperiencePOSITION REQUIREMENTSSkills/SpecialtiesCertifications/ Licenses:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science plus 2 years' experience working as a Software Engineer; ORA minimum of 4 years' experience working in a Software Engineer roleProficiency in Java/C#, JavaScript, Python and SQL.Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Expertise in HTML, CSS, GithubFamiliarity with AWS and Code CommitPreferred QualificationsExperience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass or Less)Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp)Knowledge of UI/UX design principlesExperience with RESTful APIs and AJAXUnderstanding of SEO best practices
