Job Title: Social Media Associate, DigitalDepartment: Public Relations (Blue Engine)Reports to: Senior Vice President, DigitalJob Overview:The Social Media Associate, Digital, will execute day-to-day digital strategies for client campaigns, including organic and paid social media content, organic and paid influencer campaigns, channel management, and reporting, with oversight from senior team members. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a larger client team to deliver results. This role is expected to contribute to measurable performance outcomes across engagement, growth and campaign effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Execute digital strategies across organic social, executive channels, influencer marketing and paid media in alignment with client objectivesTrack and report on client social media performance, providing insights for optimizationWork with senior team members to refine and optimize strategiesCollaborate with creative, internal and client teams to ensure successManage relationships with clients and internal partnersIdentify and vet of influencers that align with client brand values, target audiences, and campaign goals across various social media platformsCoordinate day-to-day influencer campaign logistics, including content briefings, approval processes, posting schedules, and deliverable tracking to ensure timely executionTrack influencer campaign performance and compile reporting on key metrics such as engagement, impressions, and conversions to inform future strategy recommendationsLead client content calendar development, ensuring content aligns with client brand voice, public relations, investor relations and marketing goalsSupport and oversee community management on social media platforms, ensuring timely, on-brand engagement that fosters audience growth and loyaltyAnalyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for optimizationEnsure all strategies and work are reviewed by the SVP, VP, and/or Director of Digital to ensure alignment within ICR and client goals and standardsQualifications:1-2 years of digital experience in social media management and influencer marketing with demonstrated hands-on experience executing campaigns and managing deliverables and track campaign performanceStrong understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, and campaign metrics (Meltwater, Sprout, Tagger, Brandwatch, etc.)Detail-oriented with strong project management skillsStrong writing abilityDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and operate with a high level of accountabilityGood client/people skills and leadership presenceExperience working in a fast-paced agency or client service environment preferredCritical and structured thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s Degree
