Provide analysis of building control and mechanical system performance at a complete systems and campus level. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Provide project management on projects as required, interfacing directly with customers. Manage sub-contractors and suppliers. Direct project financial responsibility increases with tenure in this position, including use of ATS project management financial reports.Duties And ResponsibilitesComplete control system overall design responsibilityControl programming and graphic developmentManage the start-up of Building Control SystemsManage the commissioning of Building Control SystemsRecord and update drawings and software modificationsEngineer field changes, maintain as-build documentationDevelop and conduct owner trainingProvide project management tasks (job plans, labor planning/scheduling, fiscal analysis, etc)Material ordering/coordinationForeign Protocol Integration coordination and executionManage time to complete assignments on time and within budgetSkills And AbilitiesProgramming skillsProven analytical skillsExceptional interactive and communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of DDC (direct digital control) Theory and ApplicationsAbility to work independently and unsupervisedACAD skillsWork Environment And Physical DemandsThis position requires a combination of working in an office environment and routine visits to project jobsites up to 50% of working hours. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds more frequently is required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder infrequently.
