CDL Driver Warehouse

Job Description Style Crest is seeking a dependable CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Talladega AL. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including picking orders, loading trucks, receiving materials. This person may provide CDL A driver replacement in times of need. This person must be able to operate a manual transmission and have no automatic restrictions.Style Crest has a 50-year tradition of growth and innovation in the building products industry. The organization has a commitment to the manufactured housing industry and the residential exterior cladding market with an extensive product offering and a dedicated service platform that customers count on to support the success of their businesses.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Order fulfillment – pulls orders for deliveryLoads trucks for deliveriesHandles customer pick upsDrives company CDL A truck for deliveries to customers when required by managementUnload inbound product materials receiving and monitors all damages/shortages/overages and completes all required paperwork accurately, timely.Properly receiving shipments and putting away materialsAssists in inventory and cycle countsCleans warehouse and practices good housekeeping at all timesCertified to and drives forklift and powered equipment for loading and unloading on time and putting away materialsWorks with Lead Warehouse person and traffic to route and properly load all trucksAll other duties as assigned by managementREQUIREMENTS:Must have proper drivers CDL A license and meet all DOT driver requirements.Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
