Who We AreEvolve Therapy is a small private practice in Hunt Valley, MD. Our main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship and attachment concerns, neurodivergence, and life transitions. We keep things simple—we handle the admin, the billing, and the caseload building so our therapists can put their energy where it matters: their clients.Who We’re Looking For•      Licensed in Maryland as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, or LCPAT (LGPCs and LMSWs are encouraged to apply—we offer supervision)•      Comfortable working autonomously while valuing the support and connection of a small team•      Strong clinical background in trauma-informed care—bonus if you have experience with dissociation, gender identity, OCD, or neurodivergence•      Reliable with documentation and committed to staying current on Maryland licensure requirementsWhat Our Therapists Do•      Provide individual therapy and build a caseload with our active support•      Work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship and attachment concerns, life transitions, and neurodivergence•      Serve a referral population that often includes adult survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault•      Manage your own schedule with much autonomy•      Maintain timely documentation and respond to clients’ clinical needs with confidence and professionalismWhat We Offer•      Caseload-building support: We actively work to fill your schedule so you can focus on clinical work•      Full admin backend: Billing, scheduling, and practice operations are handled for you•      Hybrid flexibility: Split your time between our Hunt Valley office and working from home•      Flexible schedule•      Peer supervision groups: Monday and Tuesday weekly groups to consult on cases and stay connected as a team•      Individual & group supervision: Provided for LGPC and LMSW clinicians working toward full licensureCompensation & Details•      Pay: $45 – $65 per hour (based on licensure level, experience, and contract/W2 status)•      Schedule: Part-time to start, with support to build toward a full caseload•      Type: Contract / Part-time / Full-time•      Location: Hybrid remote in Hunt Valley, MD 21031If this sounds like the kind of practice you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today through Indeed or reach out to us directly at info@evolvetherapymd.com
