Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84084Pay: $17–$20/hour, depending on experienceEmployment Type: Full-Time (Retail)Store Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSchedule Note: Occasional evenings required (1–2 times per month for events such as quilt guilds)Job SummaryGrace Company is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Quilt Store team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and working in a creative retail environment.You'll help customers select fabric, notions, quilting supplies, and Grace Company and TrueCut products while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for quilters and makers of all skill levels. Training is provided - quilting expertise is a plus, but not required.What You'll DoAssist customers with product selection, purchases, and general quilting questionsDrive in-store sales through great customer service and product recommendationsOperate the cash register and process daily sales transactionsMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail spaceRestock inventory and keep fabric and notion displays neat and accessibleLearn Grace Company quilting frames, machines, and TrueCut tools (training provided)Support set-up and tear-down for in-store events, including evening quilt guild meetingsProvide basic usage guidance for quilting tools and machines (training provided)Assist with occasional product demos or workshopsWork collaboratively with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experienceOccasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlWhat We're Looking ForInterest in quilting, sewing, crafting, or creative retail (preferred)Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plusStrong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitudeWillingness to learn product details and confidently assist customersAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsReliable and punctual, with flexibility for occasional evening shiftsSchedule & CompensationTypical Shifts: Monday–Saturday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:30 AM–5:00 PMOccasional evening shifts for guilds and special events (until 9:00–10:00 PM)Full-time retail positionPay: $17–$20/hour based on experienceBenefitsHealth insurance available for full-time employeesEmployee discounts on products (discounts vary by item)Training provided on quilting products and toolsCreative, community-focused work environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
