Litigation/Legal Assistant — San Francisco, CASan Francisco (Financial District) | Full-Time | $41–$46/hourA well-established California employment and labor law firm is hiring an experienced Litigation/Legal Assistant to support a small, collaborative San Francisco team. This role provides direct support to three attorneys and reports to the Director of Legal Operations and the Office Managing Partner.If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment, take pride in the details, and enjoy working alongside a fun, diverse team — we'd love to hear from you.What you'll do:Support three attorneys with day-to-day litigation needsManage calendaring and cross-check deadlines using eDockets, Milana, or CompuLawResearch court rules, local rules, and individual judge's rulesHandle eFiling in both State and Federal courtsPrepare tables of authority, bookmark exhibits, redact, and Bates stamp documentsCoordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and attorney timesheetsTake on additional administrative tasks as neededWhat we're looking for:5+ years of experience as a Litigation/Legal Assistant in a litigation environmentLabor and employment experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong calendaring background with proficiency in eDockets, Milana, or CompuLawSolid eFiling experience in State and Federal courtsSharp critical thinking, proofreading skills, and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferredSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., in-office five days a week during training, with a hybrid schedule available afterward.Benefits include:Competitive pay and incentivesMedical, dental, vision, and FSAFirm-paid EAP, telemedicine, life insurance, STD, and LTD401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and paid parental leaveBusiness casual dress, firm events, and moreThe firm is a multi-year honoree on Law360's list of Best Law Firms for Women and Minority Attorneys and is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
