Senior Front-End Developer

Senior Front-End DeveloperWe're looking for a self-directed Senior Front-End / UI Developer to help design, build, and evolve our platform UI, data visualizations, and AI interfaces. This role is hands-on, impact-driven, and non-outsourced. You'll be working closely with our core engineering and product teams, contributing to foundational front-end architecture across multiple applications. This role requires a very strong technical foundation and ideally a background in implementing solutions in healthcare or with complex health data. This role is remote, however, due to existing engineering team base, special preference will be given to candidates based on eastern US or European time zones.Responsibilities:Build modern, secure, performant front-end interfaces (React/TypeScript/Material UI or equivalent)Create high-fidelity data visualizations and explainable AI interfacesCollaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and health data experts to translate specs into usable experiencesArchitect reusable design systems and component librariesOptimize apps for scalability, accessibility, and data privacy by designContribute to continuous integration, code review, and product roadmap planningQualifications:Proven experience in modern front-end development (preferably React, TypeScript or similar)Proven understanding of secure data patternsFamiliarity with integrating open-source and API driven developmentDemonstrated ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-trust, remote-first environmentsProven experience with accessibility UI design and developmentSelf-starter: highly resourceful and self-motivated to learn and buildBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI or related fieldAdditional Desired Skills and Knowledge:Experience in regulated industries (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or govtech)Experience with health data standards (FHIR, TEFCA, EU EHDS, etc.)Experience developing with blockchain and/or Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT)
