And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.Make a DifferenceThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The Registered Nurse demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources. Youth Services is dedicated to providing care for youth and adolescents ages 4 - 18 years. The RN on Youth Services will be responsible for completing admissions assessments (behavioral and physical), care plan management, patient education, medication administration and education, teaching therapeutic coping skills, and documentation.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsGraduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experienceLicensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)Will consider new graduatesWhy Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
