This is a highly selective opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in high-end residential environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional homeowner and builder experiences.If you have a deep background in residential HVAC project leadership and enjoy owning projects from consultation through final commissioning, we want to connect.About the RoleThis position leads custom home and residential remodel HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, performance, and a seamless client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.You will collaborate closely with homeowners, custom builders, architects, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, serving as the central driver of execution and communication.What You'll Be Responsible ForManaging multiple custom residential HVAC projects simultaneouslyOverseeing projects from initial consultation through installation and commissioningCoordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendorsSupporting the residential sales process with consultative expertiseAssisting with scope development and presenting system solutionsManaging budgets, schedules, change orders, and quality assuranceBuilding long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referralsQualifications10+ years of residential HVAC project management experienceStrong knowledge of geothermal heat pumps, whole-house comfort solutionsExperience in both new construction custom homes and residential remodel projectsStrong sales acumen with the ability to influence and support client decisionsExcellent communication and leadership skillsCompensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 (Base + Annual Bonus)Monthly car allowanceCompany gas cardOpportunity to work on high-end custom residential projectsStrong company culture focused on quality and professional excellenceThis is an opportunity for a proven residential HVAC leader who wants to work on complex, custom projects while playing a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences.J-18808-Ljbffr
