That will be a big part of this DW project.Azure SQL and NoSQL skillsPerformance Tuning, Data Analysis, Data Warehouse ManagementKey Responsibilities:Database Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune database performance to meet the needs of our applications and business processes.Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with industry standards and regulations.Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and query optimization.Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to support database requirements, including schema design and query optimization.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for database configurations, procedures, and best practices.Upgrades and Patching: Manage database upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline database management tasks and improve efficiency.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SQL DBA and ETL with a strong focus on Azure SQL Database management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Server, NoSQL, Azure SQL Database, and T-SQL.
