Design Verification Engineer - Ethernet

Design Verification Engineer Overview Upscale AI is developing next-generation Ethernet networking infrastructure optimized for large-scale AI and GPU cluster environments. We are seeking experienced Design Verification Engineers with strong networking and ASIC verification backgrounds to help validate high-performance networking silicon and AI fabric technologies. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute verification plans for networking ASICs and SoC designsBuild and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM-based testbenches and verification environmentsVerify high-speed Ethernet protocols, packet processing, and networking datapathsPerform coverage analysis, debug failures, and drive coverage closureCollaborate with architecture, RTL, and system teams throughout the development cycleSupport simulation, emulation, and formal verification flowsWork with AI/ML-driven verification tools and modern verification methodologiesRequirements5–15 years of ASIC/SoC Design Verification experienceStrong expertise with SystemVerilog and UVMBackground in networking technologies and protocolsExperience with Ethernet verification is a plus, and knowledge of PCI Express is also applicableFamiliarity with high-speed networking, switching, or AI infrastructure environmentsUnderstanding of verification methodologies including assertions, coverage, and debugExperience with simulation and/or emulation platformsBS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with Ethernet switch ASICs, NICs, RDMA, or RoCE technologiesExposure to AI/ML workloads or ML-assisted verification flowsExperience with vendor solutions such as Synopsys Verdi AI, Cadence Verisium, Siemens Verification IQ, or Questa OneFamiliarity with LLM-based development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub CopilotExposure to AI-assisted engineering workflows utilizing agents, skills, and automation toolsBackground from networking, semiconductor, or AI infrastructure companiesStrong debugging and cross-functional collaboration skills Estimated Min Rate: $180.00 Annually Estimated Max Rate: $300.00 AnnuallyWhat’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
