Pro Shop Customer Service

Introduction: We are seeking a friendly and organized Pro Shop Customer Service Clerk to join our team and provide excellent customer service to golfers. The Pro Shop Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for handling golfer check-ins, answering calls, booking tee times, and washing golf carts. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Handle golfer check-ins, including verifying reservation details and collecting payment Answer calls, including booking tee times and taking messages as needed Washing golf carts Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized at all times Provide excellent customer service to golfers, including assisting with questions and concerns Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Golf experience helpful but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Proficiency with computer systems and handling money Perks: Free golf at beautiful golf course Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment
