Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

What are you going to do?The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position is responsible for providing skilled administrative and front-desk support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact by greeting and assisting all visitors, assessing visitor needs, and managing visitor check-ins and check-outs. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, filing and maintaining documents, placing office-related orders, and supporting the Office Manager with events and office initiatives.
