Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care- Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans- Provide relationship-centered care, taking into account the patient's psychosocial and physical needs- No additional expectations on admin time, meaning once your patient panel is completed for the day, you are free to go home- Primary care experience REQUIRED- EMR = EPIC
