Technical Program Manager – Data & AnalyticsThe Technical Program Manager will join a Cloud Data Platform team responsible for delivering enterprise data and analytics capabilities. This role coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Data Engineering team, manages the engineering backlog, and ensures priorities, dependencies, and risks are aligned across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate has strong technical program management experience and a working knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, cloud technologies, and modern data platforms. While this role does not require writing production code, technical familiarity is essential to effectively communicate with engineering teams and support delivery planning.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day activities of the Data Engineering team across multiple initiatives.Create, prioritize, and maintain Jira Epics, user stories, tasks, and dependencies.Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable work items.Own work items from intake through delivery, ensuring they are prioritized, clearly defined, and ready for engineering execution.Track project status, risks, dependencies, and action items, helping remove blockers to keep projects on schedule.Prepare regular program and project status updates for leadership.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinate delivery across distributed teams in the U.S. and India.Maintain program documentation in Jira and Confluence while improving delivery processes and team operating rhythms.Develop a working understanding of the team's data architecture, pipelines, integrations, and cloud platforms to support planning and communication.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role supporting software, data, or cloud initiatives.Experience coordinating engineering teams and managing multiple technical workstreams.Experience supporting Data Engineering, analytics, or enterprise data platform initiatives.Strong experience with Jira, including Epics, user stories, backlog prioritization, workflows, and dependencies.Experience translating business and technical discussions into actionable engineering work.Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, cloud technologies, and modern data platforms.Experience creating technical documentation using Confluence or similar collaboration tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.Familiarity with dbt, Apache Airflow, Git, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.Knowledge of analytics and observability tools such as Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Splunk, Kafka, Amazon EKS, or Redshift.Experience supporting financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries.Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or in software development is a plus.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage effective on first day401(k) plan with 4% match, fully vestedLife insurance coverageShort-term disabilityLong-term disabilityTelaDoc voluntary benefitsCritical illness coverageAccident coverageAD&D coverageLegal Shield benefitsPaid Calm app subscriptionCashback rewards through vendors such as Ace Hardware, Verizon, Overstock.com, and more
