Materials Coordinator / Inventory Stock Clerk

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Stock Clerk to oversee daily inventory operations. This role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring stock is organized and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and fulfill orders in a timely mannerReceive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure proper documentationPerform routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory countsMaintain a high level of inventory accuracy and promptly resolve discrepanciesOrganize and manage the parts and stock areas for efficiency and accessibilityLabel, stock, and store inventory in designated locationsMonitor inventory levels and proactively communicate low stock or issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspaceCollaborate with team members and other departments to support operational needsQualificationsHigh School diploma or GEDPrevious inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasksProactive mindset with a willingness to take initiativeStrong computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems is a plusAbility to stand, lift and move materials as neededReliable, punctual, and team-orientedWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleTakes ownership of the parts area and keeps it well-organizedAnticipates needs and addresses issues before they ariseConsistently maintains accurate inventory recordsWorks efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail
