With over $30 million in federal government contracts and more on the way, this is an exciting time to join our team.About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of digital signatures and document automation for some of the most critical organizations in the world. You'll join a small, focused product design team at a pivotal moment. We've just launched a redesigned application and are preparing to scale to 20,000+ users in 2026. This role requires someone who can move fast without compromising quality, think systematically about design at scale, and thrive in a high-stakes B2B environment.You'll work closely with our team of product designers, PMs, and a large engineering team to deliver experiences that drive activation and long-term adoption. This is an IC role with strong influence - you'll own significant parts of the product while helping elevate our design practice.What You'll DoProduct Design & DeliveryOwn end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through shipping and iterationDesign web experiences (responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile) that balance user needs with business goalsPartner with PMs and engineers in refinement sessions to scope work, answer questions, and ensure smooth handoffsShip high-quality work quickly - you'll need to ship quickly to meet ambitious deployment timelines and user growth goalsMake smart trade-offs between ideal solutions and what's feasible given timelines and constraintsDesign Systems & CraftEvolve and formalize our existing design system to support consistency and scalabilityCreate new patterns and components as product needs emergeEnsure design system adoption across the team and maintain documentationHelp elevate design quality across the team through systems thinking, adherence to best practices, and exceptional craft in typography, interaction design, and information architectureResearch & StrategyConduct user research to inform design decisions and validate solutionsDevelop a deep understanding of our users' workflows, pain points, and mental modelsIdentify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, and retentionUse data and feedback to iterate on shipped work and reduce frictionThink ahead: anticipate edge cases, scale issues, and usability risks before they surfaceCollaboration & InfluencePartner closely with the Design Lead to shape design direction and team culturePresent work and advocate for user needs with PMs, engineers, and leadershipContribute to design critiques and provide thoughtful feedback to teammatesWork cross-functionally to align on priorities, manage scope, and deliver on timeHelp establish design processes and rituals that improve team effectivenessRequiredWhat We're Looking For5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaSStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work, systems thinking, and craftDeep proficiency in Figma and experience building/maintaining design systemsExperience designing for web applications (responsive across devices)Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design decisionsTrack record of shipping quality work under tight timelinesStrong collaboration skills - you work well with PMs, engineers, and other designersExcellent communication and presentation skillsComfort with ambiguity and ability to define problems, not just solve themBonusExperience with complex B2B workflows or enterprise softwareGovernment, defense, or regulated industry experienceFamiliarity with accessibility standardsBackground in design operations or leading design system initiativesMentorship or teaching experienceUnderstanding of technical constraints and how engineers implement designsWho You AreSystems thinker: You see patterns, build frameworks, and design for scalePragmatic: You balance craft with speed and know when "good enough" shipsUser-focused: You advocate for users while understanding business constraintsCollaborative: You build trust with cross-functional partners and elevate those around youProactive: You identify problems early and propose solutions before being askedResilient: You handle feedback well, iterate quickly, and stay calm under pressureGrowth-minded: You're eager to mentor others while continuing to learn yourselfDetail-oriented: You sweat the small stuff because you know it compounds into great experiencesWhy This Role MattersWe're at an inflection point.
