Responsibilities Support sign hangers in preparing work sites by gathering tools, materials, and safety equipment needed for installation projects must be able to travel 25% of the time. must not be afraid of heights Assist with lifting, carrying, and positioning signs of varying sizes and weights under supervision Help secure signs to walls, poles, or other structures using appropriate hardware and techniques Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Maintain cleanliness of work areas by organizing tools and disposing of debris after installation tasks are completed Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Report any issues or hazards encountered during installation to supervisors immediately Experience CLASS B CDL PERFERRED No prior experience required; however, familiarity with basic hand tools or construction sites is a plus Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team in outdoor or indoor environments Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks comfortably Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset Willingness to learn new skills related to signage installation and maintenance This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop practical skills in the signage industry while contributing to impactful visual projects.
