On-Site Residential Construction Lead

We are currently located in Mooresville, IN. Employees are expected to meet on jobsite in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Required Qualifications For All Levels: -Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly -Ability to follow safe work procedures -Valid Driver's License -Excellent communication skills -Motivated to learn -Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8 hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting Desired Skills: Not required but any of these are a plus. -Trim Carpentry (Doors, Windows, Trim and Cabinet install) -General Finishing Skills (Drywall/Texture Patching, Painting, Bondo) -Light plumbing or electrical Benefits To All Employees: -All employee positions are W2 -Tools Provided -Training for installation, management and leadership -Home Daily -Bereavement -Paid Time Off -Paid Holidays -Unlimited advancement potential More to come as we continue to grow. Our install crew members have three levels. These qualifications are based on each member's abilities and can be revised at any time. Level 1- --NOT CURRENTLY SEEKING -Entry-level -Actively learning -Assisting in any labor tasks to help effectively complete installs -Can do attitude Level 2- -Meet all qualifications for Level 1 -Able to complete installs alone -Able to interact with customers in a knowledgeable and respectful manner -Able to report expenses for purchases -Not leading other members yet Level 3- -Meet all qualifications for Level 2 -Able to lead/ train other members -Able to assist in project planning and preparation -Able to keep track of designated projects profitability -Able to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects -Able to project materials and labor needed for weekly and daily bases dependent on work load -Able to diagnose problems commercial and residential properties on a variety of systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
