We provide cutting-edge resources to make your work life safe and efficient!/li/ulh3About The Role/h3pThe Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations./ppCompensation and schedule: $20.60 hourly, Monday - Friday (10:30AM- 7PM), Full-Time, Non -Exempt. Onsite: 8586 Trade Center Dr. Suite 100 - West Chester, OH 45011. Note: As a seasonal hire you have a defined employment time period - up to 90 days from the date of hire./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliOperate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS./liliPerform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used./liliMaintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency/liliRetrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas/liliOperate barcode scanner and use warehouse software/liliAct professionally and remain focused while working/liliSafely operate all warehouse equipment/liliFollow directions of leadership/liliPerform cleaning activities as required/liliMaintain a safe and clean warehouse/liliMaintain a positive attitude/liliAdditional responsibilities as assigned by management/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliHigh School Diploma/liliMust be in good standing with the company/liliAbility to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English/liliAbility to use electronic devices/liliAbility to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately/liliAbility to follow detailed instructions/liliDetail oriented/liliAbility to work independently without close supervision/liliAbility to prioritize assignments in order to meet cut off times./liliAble to work in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to lift 50 pounds or more/liliAbility to learn or be trained on using power equipment: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc./liliWilling to perform other duties as required/liliAble to work overtime if required/li/ulh3Protective Equipment/h3pMust be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE/ph3Physical Demands/h3pIn performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
