Position Overview The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing staff, sales execution, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires professionalism, leadership ability, and sales confidence. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, supporting team members, and enforcing company policies fairly and consistently.
