If you enjoy multitasking, solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping schedules on track, this could be a great fit.HVAC experience is helpful, but we're open to someone with strong coordination/scheduling experience who wants to learn the industry.What You'll DoSchedule installation jobs and coordinate crewsTrack and report on installation metrics including commissions, bonuses, and reimbursements and coordinate with the accounting teamCommunicate with customers throughout the installation processWork with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project flowOrder materials and coordinate deliveriesPull permits and maintain project documentationTrack installation progress and resolve scheduling issuesKeep records updated in CRM and scheduling systemsSupport technicians, project managers, and office staff as neededHelp create a great customer experience from start to finishWhy Work With UsAboutAt Horsetooth Heating & Air, we are more than just an HVAC company; we're a family that truly cares about the well-being of our employees.
